NMS Grade 7 and 8 Open House
On Tuesday night, I will send out to all 7th and 8th Grade Parents and Guardians a BlackboardConnect message to invite them to our Open House for Grades 7 and 8, Thursday night, September 14th, similar to the Open House night we had for 6th Grade students back in August prior to school opening.
We will begin the evening at 6:30 PM, if you choose, in the Auditorium and the evening will end at 8:30 PM. At 6:30 PM, our Assistant Principals, Ms. Stephanie Rae, Mr. Greg Thomas, and I will be in the Auditorium to answer any questions you may have that we may as administrators help you out with. We will be in the Auditorium until 7PM, and then we will be out and about the 7th and 8th grade floors, so you may also ask us any questions then.
During the Open House, our seventh and eighth grade teachers with our Unified Arts teachers will have their opportunity to explain to you what their expectations are and what parents can expect to see for the school year for your children in terms of class work and homework.
