You come in the front door of the Nichols Middle School, and I bet you didn't know that if you go up the stairs, take a left, and head into Room B308, that you will enter the wonderful world of Costa Rica.
Ms. MaryAnne Fisher, 6th Grade English Language Arts Teacher, has transformed her classroom into the tropical educational atmosphere of Costa Rica.
As Ms. Fisher wrote to her students, sit back and enjoy the culture and creativity of Costa Rica through the eyes of our incredible Nichols Middle School students.
The students made presentations of what they learned about the culture, climate, population, education, geography, topography, and more.
Learning should be fun, and in Ms. Fisher's class, students don't need a passport to another land to enjoy all the learning that is in store for them.
