The Choice Is Yours for Future 9th Graders
Friday, October 20, the Nichols Middle School 8th Grade students visited the Middleborough High School for a tour and introduction.
Our 8th Grade students didn't know what was around the corner for them as they jumped upon buses at 112 Tiger Drive, for there was a huge party making a receiving line to cheer, high-five, and welcome their future classmates.
The tour was absolutely phenomenal for our 8th Grade students. I cannot thank MHS Principal Mr. Branagan, our Superintendent Mr. Lynch, and Mr. Breen, MHS teacher, MC and coordinator of the day.
Our 8th Grade students got the grand tour of the building with so many helpful MHS students pointing out important parts of the building while answering any questions to help our Future Sachems understand the running of the building.
There were countless of our 8th Graders who were telling me on the bus ride home and when we got back that they cannot wait to finish NMS so they can get started at Middleborough High. I get it. ;-)

For our parents of 8th Graders, MHS will also be hosting Parent and Family Open Houses on:
Saturday, October 21, from 9 to 10 AM
And yet again on
Tuesday, October 24, from 7 to 8 PM
