This is a fundraiser for Veterans in need of assistance!
Cost: Each film will cost you one item of winter apparel.

NOTES:
1. All donations are in ADULT SIZES!!
2. You may donate any combination of the above, but EACH FILM has a separate admission of winter apparel.
Start Time: 2:45
Pick-Up Time: 7:00
Space in the auditorium is limited to 425 people. Admission to the film will be based on a first-come / first-seated policy. If your child is interested in attending the film, BOTH permission slip & donations must be submitted No Later Than Wednesday, December 13, 2017 .
Note: This showing is a Winter Apparel fundraiser for the homeless Veterans:
1.) Your child may attend if s/he brings a COMPLETED Permission Slip w/ Parent & Teacher
Signatures to Mr. Minarovich No Later Than Wednesday, December 13th .
2.) Your child may attend if s/he brings Winter Apparel
to Mr. Minarovich No Later Than Wednesday, December 13th.
Note:
This event is likely to fill quickly. Once the count reaches 425, no more permission slips will be accepted. If your child hopes to attend the Star Wars Double Matinee, the requirements listed above should be completed as quickly as possible.
Important Note:
Attendance at this event is dependent on appropriate behavior within the Nichols Community. The administration may decide whether or not to allow individuals to participate in this event.
All students must be picked up by 7:00 P.M. or walk home following the movie.
Permission Slip Is Available from All Social Studies Teachers, Mr. Minarovich, and in the Main Office.
