Opportunity to take Foreign Languages
A couple of days ago, a permission slip went home for students to sign up for Foreign Language After-School Activity.
This opportunity is one many students have taken in the past and have enjoyed as they learned.
Here is the letter (in case it never made it home):

Dear Parents/Guardians:
We
would like to announce the start of our extracurricular activities. We will
offer a foreign language enrichment course after school one day per week for
fifteen weeks. Students who sign up will take Russian, French, and Spanish on
Wednesdays after school from 2:25 PM to 3:40 PM beginning, December 2, 2015.
They will have each language for five weeks on a rotating basis, Russian, Mr.
Michael, French, Ms Ward, and Spanish, Ms. Oliveira.
Please
have your child return the form below to his/her homeroom teacher by Friday,
November 20, 2015 to indicate your child’s participation in the program. The
program is open to sixth, seventh, and eighth grade students. If you have any
questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
