Grade 7 ELA MCAS Long Composition on Thursday, April 2
An Alert Now message has gone out to all 7th Grade parents and guardians to remind them of our MCAS testing starting Thursday, April 2.
On Thursday, April 2, our 7th Grade Students will start their Long
Composition portion of the ELA MCAS, and then next week on Tuesday, April 7,
and Wednesday, April 8, those same 7th Grade Students will complete their ELA
MCAS Reading Comprehension sections.
I ask parents to please try to
make sure your child gets a good night sleep and something to eat for breakfast
during these days.
We will be
providing a water to all students, but they are encouraged to bring in a
healthy snack and a water bottle. Also,
the cafeteria will be open for an extended time prior to test administration for any student who would like
to purchase breakfast.
I met with all of
the grades to remind them why these tests are important and for them to try their best.
Please make sure students are here
on-time, wish them luck and re-emphasize the tests' importance.
